What is the best? To date the best anti-virus we have found is aVast. We have seen this stop viruses that no other software would get rid of. Best of all, the "Home" version is free! There are times when your machine must be reloaded after a virus, and times when no software can fully get rid of a virus without our expert help. What about Symantec and Norton We recommend you uninstall this software. It does it's job only if you keep up to date with giving them lot's of money. It also slows your machine down considerably. We have replaced Norton on customers machines many times with aVast and they think they have a brand new machine. How did I get a virus? There so many ways to get one these days, we can not fit them all on this page. The point is, having good anti-virus software would have stopped this. Here is decent article on how you can get viruses. Do I need anti-spy ware and anti-virus? Yes. With some anti-virus programs you get protection from one or the other. With aVast you get both. |

| We will make sure you have up-to-date anti-virus software actively running. If you do not we will install aVast anti-virus for you. We will perform in-depth scanning and delete any viruses that we find. | |||||

| Many times once your PC is infected it is too late to be saved by any anti-virus software. With this option we will delete the virus manually. Sometimes this option is not enough and the virus has damaged files that are needed for the system to operate properly. When this happens you will need Option 3. | |||||

| It's sad but sometimes it can come down to this. We only use this option if all the others have failed to make a clean running system. With this option we will reload your PC with a fresh clean install of your operating system. We will copy all of your files on to our test machine and do deep scans of them until they are 100% clean.
